This is where the concept of a "restaurant" is reinterpreted in an innovative way. With great creativity, head chef Mario Parnitzke and restaurant manager & sommelier Marco Zanetti, along with their teams, offer a diverse culinary experience for all hungry and thirsty guests—whether they're staying at the ADEA Lifestyle Suites, visiting from nearby businesses in and around Fieberbrunn, or are locals from the region. Our doors are open to everyone, and we look forward to welcoming you!
This is where tradition meets new perspectives. Classics are reworked and staged with sensitivity - not overloaded, but to the point. The result: dishes that look familiar and yet inspire in a completely new way.
Our head chef Mario brings over 30 years of experience in fine dining, having worked with 3-star chef Jean-Claude Bourgueil in Düsseldorf and with Jörg Wörther—named Austrian Chef of the Decade by Gault Millau—in Zell am See. Mario knows what he’s doing!
Sommelier and restaurant manager Marco has worked in top-tier gastronomy, including at the 3-star restaurant Per Se in New York. He’s also a winemaker himself. His extraordinary wines and Proseccos from Veneto are proudly served at UPSIDE DOWN. Let him advise and spoil you!
